Children
Guiding children to recognize and understand their emotions is crucial for their development. By teaching them to express their feelings through body awareness, they build confidence and embrace their ability to self-regulate.

Adults
As adults, healing our inner emotional patterns is key to creating a safe space for children. By becoming aware of and transforming the beliefs we carry from childhood, we not only free ourselves from limiting stories but also guide children to confidently embrace and understand their own emotions.
