This in-person retreat will connect you to the depths of your heart, your emotions and prepare you to begin a daily breathing practice. You will learn different types of breaths that will allow you to deepen your relationship with yourself and others, beginning with your inner child. Also, this is the first step to the Happy Breathing Certification, if you would like to begin that journey!

Natalia Bennett
Natalia Bennett is an educator and has been directing Mt West Montessori school in El Paso, for over 22 years. Has a Postgraduate degree in Montessori Education and is a certified Montessori guide for early childhood development. She is a Transformational Breath® facilitator and an Ordained Minister. She is an International speaker and co-creator of Happy Breathing®.

She lives in El Paso with her husband and four amazing children and enjoys painting, hiking, and cooking with her family. Her deepest passions include connecting parents and children through the beautiful Montessori philosophy and the transformational power of the breath.
Fernanda Valdes
Fernanda Villaverde is a pilgrim of life and the present moment, a lover of experiences and transformations.
​
She is an interior architect. She began meditating and learning mental self-control with her father at the age of 9.
She lived in the desert for 13 months, which led her to work with indigenous groups, collaborating with communities and learning about sustainability, eco-techniques, and bioconstruction. She has been studying breathwork for over 8 years and has been a group leader. Fernanda is a holistic therapist, a teacher of yin yoga and cosmobiology, holds a postgraduate degree in transpersonal circles, and organizes retreats focused on self-awareness.

She loves breathwork, water, ancestral roots, silence, symbolism, and writing.
